摘  要:军事外宣工作对于塑造我军良好形象,增强我军软实力具有重要意义。伴随着国际交往、军事交流的不断扩大,军事外宣工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。新形势下进一步做好军事外宣工作,必须加强目标受众研究,切实增强军事外宣的针对性;加强议程设置研究,努力掌握军事外宣的主导权;加强新兴媒体研究,进一步提高军事外宣的渗透力;加强资源整合研究,不断扩大军事外宣的影响力。An effective military foreign communication work takes a key role in shaping the excellent image of the army and building up the army soft power.With the development of the international military exchange,the Military foreign communication work is confronted with new opportunities and the challenges In order to provide an effective military foreign communication work in the new situation,it is necessary to strength the following studies including the target audience studies to improve the pertinence of the military foreign communication, agenda setting theory studies to keep the dominant power of military foreign communication,the new media studies to improve the infiltration power of military foreign communication and the resource arrangement studies to increase the impact of the military foreign communication.
