摘  要:世博轴及地下综合体工程是2010年上海世博会园区标志性建筑,其屋顶体系由索膜顶棚结构和阳光谷钢结构组成.分别介绍了索膜顶棚结构和阳光谷钢结构各自结构特点.对索膜结构,阐述了设计中膜材的安全系数取值、风荷载取值、膜面应力位移分析、防连续倒塌分析及地震作用的考虑等内容.文章还介绍了阳光谷钢结构的整体受力、变形特点、节点设计特点,详细分析了单杆稳定强度失效后对结构整体稳定性的影响.得出了作为大跨度柔性张拉结构的索膜顶棚和大跨度单层网壳结构的阳光谷均满足设计要求的结论.The project Expo Axis and its underground multi system is the landmark building of Expo Shanghai 2010. Its roofing system is composed of cable-membrane structure and sun valley steel structures. This paper provides a brief introduction on structural features of the membrane structure and the steel structure respectively. For the membrane structure, topics on safety factor of membrane materials, determination of wind loading, stresses and displacements, failure analysis and earthquake effects are discussed. For the sun valley steel structure, the overall structural behavior including internal forces and deformations and the design of nodal joints are introduced, and the effect of single member buckling on overall structural stability is also presented. It is proved that the long-span flexible tensile membrane roof and the single layer latticed shells of sun valleys all meet the design requirements.
