摘　　要：目的:探讨应用深静脉导管进行胸腔积液引流的效果。方法:对42例胸腔积液患者应用胸腔内留置深静脉导管进行引流,并评价引流效果。结果:除2例脓胸患者外,其余病人均经深静脉导管抽净胸腔积液,肺组织复张,未出现与操作相关的并发症。结论:掌握好适应症后,深静脉导管引流胸腔积液是安全有效的。Objective： To investigate the feasibility of drainage with deep venous catheter for the patient of pleural effusion.Methods： Placing the deep venous catheter into pleural cavity to drain the liquid in 42 patients and evaluating the efficacy.Results： Hydrothorax is drained and the lung re-expanded in most patients except 2 patients with acute empyema.Conclusion： It is desirable that draining hydrothorax using deep venous catheter for the patient with pleural effusion excluding the contra-indication.
