摘 要:目的:探讨新时期手术室管理水平的方法,确保手术室护理服务质量。方法:向手术科室的医生、护士及手术病人发放问卷调查表,进行满意度的调查。结果:手术科室的医生、护士及手术病人对手术室护理工作满意度迅速提升,但还存在不足之处。结论:护理满意度调查是现代医学模式转变过程中一种新的护理质量评价方法,是护理质控的重要环节,它能改变手术室护理人员的服务理念,拉近手术室人员和手术医生以及手术病人的距离,达到有效沟通,相互理解,提高护理服务质量。Objective:Discuss the method of srugery management level in modern time,ensure the surgery nursing service quality.Methods: Extend questionnaire to doctors and nurses in surgery,investigate into the degree of satisfaction.Results:The doctors and nurses in surgery and patients' degree of satisfaction to the surgery nursing quality is promoted rapidly,but there are still some deficiency.Conclusion:The investigation of the degree of satisfaction is a new nursing quality evaluation method in modern medical mode transformation,and also is the important part of nursing quality control,which can change the service logos of nursing personnels in surgery,shorten the distance among personnels in surgery,doctors and patients,in order to obtain a effective communication.
