慢性乙肝患者的心理状态分析和心理干预

摘　　要：目的:通过对148例慢性乙肝患者心里状态分析的调查,患者焦虑、烦躁不安,严重抑郁,怕被歧视心理占多数。方法:采取了对病人病情给予符合实际的分析及有根据的保证。最大限度给病人以安全感,给病人以积极的开导,挖掘病人的潜力,使病人忘记自己的痛苦,保持良好的心态,积极配合治疗,教会病人自我调节,耐心疏导抑郁心理,帮助患者摆脱被歧视的心理,促使正性情绪的传递与感染,释放负性情绪,提高患者的认知水平,树立自信心,重新找到自我价值。结果:148例病人的心理障碍均得到正确干预,获得良好效果。结论:心态与慢性乙肝患者的疾病转归密切相关。心理干预能减弱患者的不良情绪,使患者获得了良好的治疗效果。Objective：Through the investigation on the mental state analysis of 148 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B,we have found most of those patients anxious,irritable,highly depressed and afraid of being discriminated.Methods： Methods were adopted on the basis of practical analysis and well-founded guarantee on each case. By making the patients feel secure and enlightening them at maximum,we tapped their potential to help them think less of the pain and keep in good mood to actively participate in the therapy,taught them to learn self-regulation and to patiently ease the depression,aided them to shrug off the mental state of being discrimanated and to propel the transmission and influence of positive mood and the relief of negative mood,improved their cognitive level and built their confidence to regain the self-value.Results：Proper intervention was conducted on the mental barrier of those 148 patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and produced a good effect.Conclusion：Mental state is closely related to the disease development of patients with Chronic Hepatitis B. Mental intervention could relieve the negative mood of patients and bring them a good therapeatic efficacy.
