棉田除草活性化合物SIOC0426生物活性初步评价

摘　　要：SIOC0426[N-（4-溴苯基）-2-（4,6-二甲氧基-2-嘧啶氧基）-6-氯-苄胺]属2-嘧啶氧基-N-芳基苄胺类选择性除草活性化合物。室内生物活性测定结果表明,SIOC0426具有良好的芽后早期除草活性,对棉花安全,在棉花与重要杂草马唐和反枝苋之间的选择性系数分别为3.534和4.299,能有效防除棉花田禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草,对莎草科杂草也有一定抑制作用,使用适期为杂草12叶期。田间试验表明,在有效成分90120g/hm^2剂量范围内,对棉田主要杂草的总防效在73.1%87.6%之间。SIOC0426,N-（4-bromophenyl）-2-（4,6dimethoxy-2-oxypyrimidine-）-6-chlorine-benzyl-amine,is a selectivity novel herbicidal compound developed in China.Bioassay results showed that SIOC0426 had good activity to early postemergence of weeds,and was safety to the cotton seedling.The selectivity coefficient of SIOC0426 between the cotton and Digitaria sanguinalis and Amaranthus retroflexus,were 3.534 and 4.299,respectively.It could control important grass and broadleaf weeds,as well as sedge weed.The most suitable application time was 1 to 2-leaf stage of the targeted weeds.The results from different spot trials in cotton showed that the total weeds controlling efficacy was 73.1%87.6% at the dosage of 90120 g/hm^2.
