摘　　要：运用均匀设计，以改进加权单纯形法为手段，在计算机辅助下研究了藿香挥发油薄层色谱溶剂系统的最优化。分别通过四因素和三因素试验选择溶剂组分和配比，共用１８次实验，确定最佳溶剂系统为醋酸乙酯乙醚石油醚（０．０８∶０．２９∶４．６３）。Optimization technique of solvent system for thin layer chromatography of Agastache rugosus Volatile Oil is described. Developing components and their proportions were selected by means of homogeneous design and modified weight centroid method with the aid of a computer respectively. Ethyl acetateethyl etherpetroleum ether (008∶029∶463), the optimum solvent system was obtained after eighteen experiments.
