摘  要:骑式摩托车油箱外观形状和质量对骑式摩托车的整体美观起着重要的作用,根据不同形状的油箱外壳制定合理的冲压制造工艺,才能保证油箱冲压件的质量,降低生产成本。冲压工艺分为单片式拉伸冲压法和两片式拉伸冲压法,这两种工艺方法各有特点,应合理采用。The appearance and the quality of fuel tank of the ride-motorcycle are very important for the whole artistic, according to the different shape of the fuel tank outside shell, the reasonable stamping manufacturing process is instituted. It can guarantee the quality and reduce the production cost. The stamping manufacturing process has two types of drawing.They are the one-piece drawing and the two-piece drawing. These two techniques have the characteristic respectively, and used reasonably.
