下肢动脉旁路术后随访:MRA的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨ＭＲＡ在下肢动脉旁路术后随访中的临床应用价值。材料与方法：２０例下肢动脉旁路术后行２ＤＴＯＦＭＲＡ检查，其中３例同时行动态增强ＭＲＡ（ＤＣＥＭＲＡ）。２０例中１２例与彩超对照，４例与手术对照研究。结果：２０例下肢动脉旁路术后随访ＭＲＡ检查共显示移植血管１９条，其中１２例与彩超对照结果，两者示移植血管完全一致为１１条，两者符合率为９１．６６％（１１／１２）。１２条移植血管２４个吻合口比较一致者２１个，两者符合率８７．５％（２１／２４）。结论：ＭＲＡ可清晰显示移植血管和吻合口，是评价下肢动脉旁路术后疗效及随访的最佳影像学方法之一。Objective: To study the clinical value of MRA in followup examinations after bypass operation of arteries in the lowerd extremity.Materials and Methods:2D TOF MRA was performed in 20 cases with followup examinations after bypass operation of arteries in the lower extremity. Subsequently in 3 cases DCE MRA was performed. Among these patients US was also carried out in 12 cases and operation was performed in 4 cases.Results:19 segments of transplanted arteries were showed in 20 cases by MRA. In 12 cases evaluated by MRA and US. Quite well correlation was found in 11 of the 12 cases, the accordance rate was 91.66%(11/12), For 24 sites of anastomosis in 12 cases evaluated by both MRA and US, the accordance rate was 87.5%(21/24).Conclusion: MRA can show clearly both transplanted arteries and sites of anastomosis. It is one of the most valuable imaging techniques for followup study after bypass operation of arteries in the lower extremity.
