郑州临空经济发展问题探讨

摘　　要："临空经济"是一种新的经济形态,是依托大机场的人流、物流优势而发展起来的特定区域的经济。从世界范围来看,临空经济正在成为一个国家和地区经济增长的发动机,呈现出较强的发展趋势。综合来看,郑州临空经济的发展尚处于初始阶段,还面临着许多困难。因此,我们应该充分发挥政府职能作用,完善临空经济发展的领导与协调机制;制定总体规划,打造"点-线-面"的临空经济发展格局;成立航空物流、贸易保税加工区;完善临空经济基础设施建设;积极培育壮大重点产业,提高临空经济发展的层次。Airport- based economy is a kind of new economic phenomenon, as well as a special zone one that develops on the basis of the advantage of the flowing population and goods. Viewing from the world scope, the airport - based economy is being an engine for developing the economy of a country or a region. Synthetically, the develop- ment of Zhengzhou＇ s airport - based economy is still in the primary stage and faces many difficulties. So, we should bring the function of the government into full play, improve the leading and the coordinating system of the airport - based system of the airport - based economy, make a comprehensive plan and the developing pattern of the ＇ point - line - area＇ for the airport - based economy, set up the air logistics, trade and low - tax processing area, complete the foundational construction for airport - based economy, actively foster and expand the key industries and enhance the developing levels of the airport - based economy.
