摘　　要：通过对改革开放三十周年以来我国可行性研究的引入、发展与改革过程中重要文献、理论观点的梳理和归纳,揭示了我国技术经济分析工作的发展历程。经过30年的努力,可行性研究部已经深入推进,建立了较为完善的研究体系,后评价和区域、宏观经济评价成为了有待发展与完善的重点。This article reveals the developing process of technical economic analysis in China according to the reviews of feasibility study researches and frame of reference in the last three decades. Currently, the feasibility study has been propulsive promoted with a relative standard system, while the post-appraisal, the regional economic evaluation and macroeconomic evaluation need to be reinforced.
