摘　　要：在城市化过程中,城郊住宅是城市居民主要的住宅供应来源之一,对解决城市住宅问题具有重要意义。本文从城郊住宅的概念与类型入手,通过对其消费需求的分析,系统地论述了城郊住宅的规划布局原则,并对城郊住宅的发展方向进行了深入探讨。In the pocess of the urbanization development, urban/suburban residence is one of the residence supply sources for urban inhabitants, and it plays a significant role in solving the urban recidence problem. This text mainly talks about the concept and type of the urban/suburban residence, describe the layout plan principle of the urban/suburban residence in details through the analysis of the consumption requirement, and deeply discuss the development direction of the urban/suburban residence.
