摘  要:设计了一种基于CIS的柔性片材光电自动检测纠偏控制器,可以准确地检测出特征标志线的位置,并驱动执行机构带动切割刀片进行实时、准确的位置分切。在差动纠偏方法的基础上,采用了阈值增量法和均值边缘检测方法更精确地检测标志线的位置,并介绍了纠偏控制系统的硬件结构和软件设计。与两对光电元件为检测传感器的纠偏检测控制器相比较,该纠偏控制器具有较高的空间检测分辨率和精度。A flexible sheet material photoelectric automatic detection rectifying deviation controller based on CIS designed can / detect the location of the feature mark-line on the sheet automatically and accurately, and drive the actuating mechanism with the cutting blade to implement the real time resolved shear accurately. On the basis of error-driven control method, the threshold value increment method and the average edge detection method are proposed to detect the location of the mark-line more accurately. Moreover, the framework of hardware and the design of software are introduced in the paper. Compared with the correction controller with two pairs of photoelectric elements, the photoelectric rectifying deviation controller based on CIS has much higher performance in both detection resolution and precision.
