ZTA陶瓷刀具材料制造工艺的研究

摘　　要：本实验采用冷压法、热压法和热等静压法三种不同工艺制得ＺＴＡ陶瓷刀具材料并研究它们对刀具材料性能的影响。实验结果表明：采用加压烧结工艺（热压或热等静压）可增加ＺＴＡ材料内部易相变四方相氧化锆含量，同时提高材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性，从而增强了材料的耐磨性。热等静压工艺可望得到更大的发展和应用。TA ceramic tool materials are fabricated by means of three different processes of cold die pressing,hot pressing and HIP.The effect of process is studied on the properties of these materials.The result shows that press sintering process (hot pressing or HIP) can increase the amount of t-ZrO_2 easily phast transformed and the bend strength and fracture toughness of materials at the same time,which leads to excellent abrasive wear resistence.HIP process is expected to get further devolopment and application.
