Li_2O在烧结型膨胀珍珠岩釉面砖的应用

摘　　要：本文在大量实验的基础上，对烧结型膨胀珍珠岩基釉面砖的釉面裂纹成因进行了探讨，指出了热膨胀系数、坯釉界面作用及坯体强度是其主要影响因素。实验表明，通过在坯中添加Ｌｉ２Ｏ能有效地克服此种缺陷。n the basis of experimental results,this paper discussed the origin of the cracks in the glaze called sintering expanded pearlite glaze tile and pointed out that their primary influence factors were thermal expansion coefficient,interface effect between the glaze and the body and the strength of the body.Testing results show that putting Li_2O in the body can eliminated the cracks.
