摘 要:目的提出一种抗干扰能力强的光纤Bragg光栅温度传感器,分析Bragg光栅的温度传感的光学特性规律.方法采用耦合模理论对光纤Bragg光栅的温度传感特性进行理论分析和数值模拟,探讨温度变化所致光纤Bragg光栅波长漂移的原理,并通过实验进行验证.结果所提出的传感器在环境温度不是很高的情况下具有线性特征,反射谱和功率谱都是关于中心峰值波长对称,随着温度增加波形朝长波长方向移动,但是其峰值宽度并不是随着温度增加而变大,在-50℃附近有极小值.功率在-50℃附近有极大值点.普通光纤Bragg光栅的适用温度在-37~134℃.结论运用特殊封装技术的光纤Bragg光栅温度传感器,具有线性程度好、精度高和抗干扰能力好等特点,可以用于温度测量和结构健康监测领域.This paper presented a kind of optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG) temperature sensor with strong anti-interference ability and analyzed the principle of FBG temperature sensor's optical characteristic, based on the coupled-mode theory for the theoretical and numerical simulation, and experimental validation of the FBG temperature characteristic and of the Bragg grating's wavelength shift principle with temperature. The results show that the scope of the sensor has linear characteristic on the condition of small temperature change, and both reflection and power spectra are symmetrical for central peak wavelength and shift towards to the direction of the long wavelength with the increase of the temperature. But the width of the peak values is not greatly changed with the temperature, and its minimal value is near - 50 ~C. The minimal value of power is near- 50 ℃. The working scope of the FBG temperature sensor is between- 37 -134 ℃. The developed FBG sensor with a special package technology has a good linear property, high precision and strong noise-resistance and it can be used in temperature detection and structural health monitoring.
