摘　　要：目的:探讨康惠尔增强型透明贴预防胺碘酮治疗所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:将110例外周静脉应用胺碘酮治疗的心律失常患者随机分为实验组和对照组各55例,实验组使用康惠尔增强型透明贴,对照组使用3M透明贴。比较两组患者疼痛及静脉炎发生情况。结果:实验组静脉炎的发生率及疼痛程度明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:康惠尔增强型透明贴可有效预防胺碘酮所致静脉炎的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective ： To investigate the effect of enhanced comfeel tranparent dressing on phlebitis caused by amiodaron . Methods ： 110 patients who were injected withamiodaron were divided into treatment group （ 55 patients ,with enhanced comfeel tranparent dressing ） and control group （ 55 patients, with 3M tranparent dressing ）. The incidence of phlebitis was compared between the two groups. Results ： The incidence of phlebitis in trestment group was much significant lower than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion ： The enhanced comfeel tranparent dressing was obxious prevention on phlebitis caused by amiodaron .
