摘　　要：目的:探讨微创经皮肾碎石术治疗肾结石及输尿管上段结石的围手术期护理方法,以提高护理质量。方法:详细了解36例微创经皮肾碎石患者的病情及其手术操作情况,制定出一套术前心理护理、体位训练,术后专科护理及并发症的防治等完整的围手术期护理方案。结果:全部病例术前准备充分,术中取石顺利,术后恢复快,康复出院,平均住院时间9.5d。术后无大出血及尿瘘发生。并发慢性肾功能不全患者术后均获不同程度的改善。结论:合理完善的围手术期护理是确保手术成功、促进患者短期快速康复的重要措施。Objective： To explore the skill and trait of nursing of the patients with urinary calculus undergoing mini - percutaneous nephrolithotomy, and improve the nursing quality. Methods ： Understand particularly the state of an illness and operation of 36 patients, and make up peri -operative plan including preoperative psychological nursing,physical position training, postoperative nursing and complications of prevention and cure. Results ： 36 cases was successfully, including sufficient prepare, taking out calculus successfully and getting well after operation, the mean hospitalization time was 9.5 days. No obvious postoperative hemorrhage and urethrocutaneous fistula happening,the patients with chronic renal failure were improved. Conclusion： Peri -operative fully nursing was the may measures to lay the foundation for successful operation and advance rehabiliation quickly.
