整脊疗法治疗功能性消化不良临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察整脊疗法治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用整脊疗法治疗,对照组口服贝络纳治疗。结果:治疗组及对照组经4周治疗后症状改善,总有效率分别为96.5%和92.9%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);半年复发率分别为10.7%和34.6%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整脊疗法和贝络纳对功能性消化不良的近期及维持治疗均有良好疗效,但整脊治疗复发率低于贝络纳。Objective： To observe the effects of spinal rotation massage on functional dyspepsia. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the patients in treatment group were treated by spinal rotation massage, that in control group treated by mosapride. Results： After 4 weeks by treatment, the total effective rates were 96.5% and 92.9% respectively, the difference had no statistical significance between two groups（P〉0.05）, recurrences of half a year were 10.7% and 34.6%, the difference had statistical significance between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： All two kinds of method have good effect in short time and maintenane therapy, but the recurrence of therapy of spinal rotation massage is lower than that of mosapride.
