摘　　要：通过对我国农民素质特别是农民文化科技素质的现状分析,找出农民文化科技素质低下的原因,进而提出相应的建议。Trough analyzing the current situation of the farmers＇ quality, especially the situation of the farmers＇ quality of culture and science technology in China, the reasons why the farmers＇ quality of culture and science technology is low are to be discovered, and the corresponding proposal is put forward.
