摘　　要：目的:设立蛇芪清毒颗粒的制备方法和质量控制标准。方法:将蛇芪清毒颗粒处方药材分别粉碎、用水提及乙醇双提法提取液浓缩、离心、喷雾、制粒。质量控制用薄层色谱法测黄芪甲苷和大黄素。结果:制成黄棕色颗粒测黄芪甲苷和大黄素符合要求。结论:蛇芪清毒颗粒工艺优化、质量稳定。Objective ： to set up the preparation and quality control criteria of the snake and toluylene granules for hygrotoxin. Methods ： the prescribed drugs of the snake and toluylene granules for hygrotoxin were crushed to pieces and extracted with water and alcohol, and then, condensed, centrifugalization, atomization and granulate. The radix astragali A glycoside and trioxymethylanthraquinone were detected with thin layer chromatography as the quality control. Results ： the fiated yellowish - brown granula was in line with requisition in the radix astragali A glycoside and trioxymethylanthraquinone. Conclusion： the snake and toluylene granules for hygrotoxin have the optimized technology and stable quality.
