加味参附颗粒治疗缓慢性心律失常的食道电生理研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味参附颗粒治疗慢性心律失常的食道电生理研究结果。方法:治疗组口服加味参附颗粒,对照组口服心宝丸,30d为1疗程。然后分别从治疗组抽出10例,对照组抽出8例,测定服药前后各项电生理指标。结果:治疗组治疗前后患者SNRT、CSNRT、SACT及文化点均较治疗前提高,治疗前后有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:加味参附颗粒治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效确切,可以明显改善中医证候,动态心电图疗效,临床疗效明显优于心宝丸对照组。Objective ： to observe the findings of the esophagus electrophysiology of chronicity arhythmia treated in Jia wei shen-fu granula. Methods： the treatment group was treated in Jia wei shen-fu granula and the control in Xin-bao pills. The course of treatment was 30 d. 10 cases in treatment and 8 cases in control were determin the electrophysiology index before and after treatment. Results： the SNRT, CSNRT, SACT and culture spots were raise after treating in the treatment group. Conclusion： Jia wei shen-fu granula has the certain effect to treat chronieity arhythmia. It could improve Chinese medical syndrome obviously and curative effect of dynamic electrocardiogram.
