摘　　要：目的:探讨采用DMG枪式硅橡胶印模材料制取桩核根管印模的应用及护理配合体会。方法:对258颗进行铸造金属桩核修复的患牙使用DMG枪式硅橡胶获取根管印模及护理配合。结果:258颗患牙取模效果良好,90.31%的患牙一次取模成功,仅9.69%出现气泡或变形。结论:DMG硅橡胶印模材料在桩核冠修复中应用效果好,可以明显提高修复疗效。Objective： To study the effect of DMG polysiloxane impression material in the restoration of the post and core crown. Methods： The polysiloxane impression material was used to make work impressions of the 258 post and core crown, with the cooperation of nursing. Results： All the work impressions were eligible, 90.31% of them were satisfactory in the first impression, only 9.69% of them occurred bubbles or deformation. Conclusion： The effect of polysiloxane impression material in the restoration of the post and core crown is better, which can improve the restorative effect.
