摘　　要：目的:观察针灸治疗小儿疫毒痢的疗效。方法:主要针对不同症状,采用不同手法,如抽风、昏迷、采用强刺激人中穴、内关、中脘、天枢、足三里等穴,采用平补平泻手法,百合、神阙穴施以艾条温灸。结果:大幅度提插捻转法直至抽搐停止。结论:针灸治疗小儿疫毒痢临床实践效果较好。Objective： the child plague pyrogenous dysentery was treated with acupuncture. Methods： It should be used different manipulation on the basis of different symptom. Such as convul- sion and coma should be used philtrum point with powerful stim- ulation by needle and great extent in, out and twist untill twitch stopping. The Neiguan point, Middle Epigastrium point, Tian- shu point and Foot Three Li point should be mild reinforcing and attenuating. Results： The lily point and Shenjue point should be used warm moxibustion by moxa stick.
