摘 要:以UC2843芯片为核心,设计出了一种单端反激式、宽电压输入、单路固定电压输出的15 W开关稳压电源,它能有效降低电源损耗、提高调整性能.其电路采用一种有别于RC缓冲电路的新技术,结合电流型PWM控制,利用反激变换器中的耦合电感与外加小容量电容器构成LC谐振电路,能高效地完成关断感性负载的暂态缓冲,并能抑制二极管的反向恢复不良特性.实践证明:该技术能达到设计要求.Taking CMOS chip of UC2843 as the core, a new 15 W switch stabilized voltage supply has been devised, singleterminal, fly- back, wide input range, one -way fixed voltage output. It can effectively reduce the power losses and improve the adjustability. In the circuit, a new technique of weak cushion circuit has been adopted, different from RC cushion circuit; it is combined with current mode PWM control, coupling inductor in the fly - back converter coupled with SMV capacitor, and formed LC resonant circuit; it can efficiently accomplish the turn - off sensibility loaded transient cushion, and limit the diode' s reverse recovery bad features. The fact shows: the technique could reach the design requirement.
