摘  要:在陇中半干旱区坡耕地大田栽培条件下,以兰州百合为试验材料,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度Zn、B、Mn肥对其叶片抗旱生理指标的影响。试验结果表明,在兰州百合的营养生长期,叶面喷施100~300mg/L浓度的Zn、B、Mn肥,对兰州百合叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量的降低,脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖含量的积累和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的提高都有比较显著的效果。喷施浓度为300mg/L的zn肥处理时MDA含量出现最小值,较对照降低了10.24%;可溶性糖含量呈现最大值,较对照增加了7.37%。喷施浓度为300mg/L的B肥处理时CAT活性较对照增加了2.78%。喷施浓度为300mg/L的Mn肥处理时Pro含量较对照增加了23.61%。Under big field cultivation condition in semiarid sloping tillage in Longzhong, taking the Lilium davidii var. unicolor as experiment materials, studied the effect of the different density zinc fertilizer, boric fertilizer, manganese Lilium davidii var. unicolor fertilizer application on drought resistance physiological characteristics of leaf. The experimental result indicated when sprayed zinc fertilizer, boric fertilizer, manganese fertilizer of the density scope from 100 mg/L to 300 mg/L , on leaf surface of Lilium davidii var. unicolor in nutrition vegetal period respectively, this kind treatment had remarkable influence to its physiological indicator's, such as the reduction of third dial content, the accumulation of proline, soluble sugar content and the enhancement of catalase activity . When it was treated with zinc fertilizer of 300 mg/L density, the MDA content presented the minimum value and it reduced by 10. 24 % than the control (CK). The soluble sugar content showed the max and it increased by 7.37 % than the control (CK). The CAT activity of it under handling B fertilizer of concentration of 300 mg/L increased by 2.78 % than the control (CK). The Pro content of it under handling Mn fertilizer of concentration of 300 mg/L increase of 23.61% than the control (CK).
