摘　　要：壳聚糖在一定条件下水解后生成的氨基葡萄糖,与乙酰丙酮和对二甲基苯甲醛反应生成红色化合物,其产物可用分光光度法在525 nm波长处测定肥料中壳聚糖含量。该方法所用仪器简单、容易操作、灵敏度高、重现性好,可以用于肥料中壳聚糖含量的质量控制。Generated by chitosan hydrolysis, glucosamine reacting with acetylacetone and dimethyl benzene produced red compounds. It could be used to determine chitosan content in fertilizer with spectrophotometry at 525 nm wavelength. The instruments used in the determination were simple, the method was easy to operate and precision was high, It could be used to control the quality of the content of ehitosan in fertilizer.
