心宁胶囊对麻醉犬心肌缺血及血液生化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心宁胶囊对麻醉犬心肌缺血及血液生化指标的影响。方法将30条犬随机分为模型组、阳性药组、中药对照组和心宁胶囊高、中、低剂量组。观察各组动物心外膜心电图、心肌梗死面积、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮前列腺F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)指标的变化。结果与模型组比较,心宁胶囊具有降低心肌缺血范围,改善冠脉血流,缩小心肌梗死面积的作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论心宁胶囊对心肌缺血犬具有抗心肌缺血、保护心肌细胞及缩小心肌梗死面积的作用。Objective To observe the impacts of Xinning Capsule on myocardial ischemia and blood biochemical index of blood in anesthetized dogs.Methods 30 dogs were randomized into model group,Hexinshuang group（positive group）,Tongxinluo group（Chinese herb control group）and Xinning Capsule groups of high,moderate and low doses successively.It was to observe the changes in epicardial electrocardiogram,myocardial infarction area and serum creatine kinase（CK）,plasma thromboxane B2（TXB2）and 6-Keto-PGF1α in each group.Results Compared with model group,Xinning Capsule reduced myocardial ischemic area,improved coronary blood flow and shortened the area of myocardial infarction（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Xinning Capsule acts on anti-myocardial ischemia,protection of myocardial cells and shortening the area of myocardial infarction in dogs with myocardial ischemia.
