布渣叶化学成分定性鉴别的实验研究

摘　　要：目的对布渣叶的化学成分进行定性鉴别。方法采用试管法,对布渣叶的水、95%乙醇、石油醚提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,初步推断布渣叶中可能含有的化学成分。结果经过化学预试实验,提示布渣叶全草中可能含有黄酮类、生物碱、三萜类、甾体、有机酸、氨基酸、蒽醌、强心苷等成分。结论布渣叶中含有多种植物活性成分,值得进一步深入研究。Objective To conduct qualitative identification of chemical components of Microcos Paniculata.Methods Tube method was used to study water,95% ethanol and petroleum ether extracts of Microcos Paniculata.Through sedimentation or color reaction of various indicators and color agents,the chemical components of Microcos Paniculata were deduced primarily.Results Through chemical pre-trail,it was suggested that Microcos Paniculata may contain flavonoid,alkaloids,triterpenoids,steroids,organic acids,amino acid,anthraquinone,cardiac glycoside,etc.Conclusion Microcos paniculata contains various kinds of plant active components,which deserves a further investigation.
