辨病与辨证结合治疗弱精症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察辨病结合辨证治疗弱精症的临床疗效。方法将弱精症患者分为精索静脉曲张(VC)、附性腺感染、VC+附性腺感染、不明原因四种类型,每种类型随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组各类型患者分别应用克罗米酚和相应的抗感染药物治疗;治疗组患者根据不同类型的原因给予不同的方剂治疗,同时也予以相应的抗感染治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及快速运动精子(a)和直线运动精子(a+b)的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为64.06%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组a、a+b级精子提高明显优于对照组,两组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论辨病结合辨证治疗弱精症疗效满意,可明显提高a、a+b级精子的数量,有提高精子活动力的作用。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on asthenospermia treated with integration of disease differentiation and symptom differentiation.Methods Asthenospermia includes four types,named varicocele（VC）,accessory sex gland infection,VC with accessory sex gland infection and unknown reason.Each type of the disease was randomly classified into treatment and control group.Various types of disease in control group were treated with chloramiphene and anti-infection drugs.In treatment group,different formulas were used in accordance with different type of the disease;besides,corresponding anti-infection therapies were applied.It was to observe the improvement of fast rectilinear motion spermatozoa（a grade）and rectilinear motion spermatozoa（a＋b grade）in two groups.Results Total effective rate was 87.50% in treatment group and was 64.06% in control group,indicating significant difference（P〈0.01）in comparison.The sperm improvement of a and a＋b grades in treatment group was superior apparently to that in control group,indicating significant difference（P〈0.01）in comparison.Conclusion The integration of disease differentiation and symptom differentiation achieves satisfactory therapeutic effect on asthenospermia and improves apparently the counts of sperms of a and a＋b grades and enhances sperm activity.
