肾衰康胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭临床观察及对尿TGF-β1、Ⅳ型胶原的影响

摘　　要：目的观察肾衰康胶囊治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效及其对尿转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)及Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)的影响。方法选择CRF2期患者70例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组各35例。两组患者均给予饮食疗法等基础治疗,在此治疗的基础上对照组患者应用复方α-酮酸治疗,治疗组患者应用肾衰康胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后尿TGF-β1、Ⅳ-C变化情况。结果对照组总有效率为48.57%,治疗组为88.57%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后尿TGF-β1及Ⅳ-C均比治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且与对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论肾衰康胶囊对CRF2期有较好的临床疗效,其改善肾功能的机制可能与其抑制TGF-β1及Ⅳ-C表达,从而抑制肾脏纤维化有关。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Shenshuaikang Capsule on chronic renal failure（CRF）and the impact on urine TGF-β1 and collagen IV（IV-C）.Methods 70 CRF patients of II phase were selected and divided randomly into Shenshuaikang Capsule group and control group,35 cases in each one.Basic therapy,such as diet therapy,was applied in both groups.Complementarily,compound α-keto acid was applied in control group and Shenshuaikang Capsule was in treatment group.It was to observe clinical efficacies of two group and changes in urine TGF-β1 and IV-C before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 48.57% in control group and was 88.57% in treatment group,indicating significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）.In treatment group,the levels of urine TGF-β1 and IV-C after treatment were reduced apparently compared with those before treatment,which indicated significant difference in comparison with control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Shenshuaikang Capsule has good clinical efficacy on CRF of second phase.It improves renal function,which is probably related to its suppression on TGF-β1 and IV-C expression and renal fibrosis.
