摘 要:大庆油田三元复合驱注入过程中,尽管采取了单井个性化注入方案,油层动用程度有所提高,但是由于采用笼统注入方式,动用状况仍然差异较大,有近20%的油层不能得到动用,并出现了沿高渗透油层三元体系突破现象,大大影响了驱油效果。由于三元体系的特殊性,原有的聚合物驱分注工艺存在剪切降解率高、管柱易结垢、堵塞等问题,不能满足三元复合驱分层注入工艺要求。为此,针对三元复合体系的特点进行了三元复合驱分层注入技术研究,通过调节偏心配注器上的节流元件来改变注入压力,控制高渗透层注入量,加强中、低渗透层注入量,在井口同一压力下实现三元复合驱多层分注。介绍了该分注技术的工艺原理、管柱结构,水力特性试验及现场试验效果。现场试验表明,分注后注入剖面得到明显提高,三元复合体系低效无效循环状况得到改善。During ASP flooding in Daqing Oilfield, although adopted single well injection program has increased the producing degree of reservoir, but nearly 20% of reservoir can not be effectively developed due to commingled injection. Besides, breakthrough of ASP system along high permeability reservoirs appears that greatly affects displacement effect. Since ASP system has some special performance, original separate injection technique cannot meet the requirement of zonal injection for ASP flooding because of problems as high shear degradation rate, easy scaling and plugging in string. This paper studies ASP flooding zonal injection. Result shows that, by regulating choke component on eccentric injection distributor, to change injection pressure and control injection rate in medium-low permeability zones, ASP flooding zonal injection will be implemented under the same pressure at well head. Technique concept, string structure, hydraulic performance test and field test for ASP flooding zonal injection are introduced in this paper. Field test shows that both injection profile and low efficient circulation of ASP system are greatly improved after zonal injection.
