灵仙跌打片薄层鉴别及含量测定

摘　　要：目的建立灵仙跌打片的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法对片剂中的制川乌进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定了片剂中齐墩果酸含量。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白样品无干扰;齐墩果酸在0.248～2.48μg范围内具有良好的线性关系r=1.0,平均加样回收率为97.17%,RSD为2.37%(n=5)。结论该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Lingxiandieda tablet Mothods Radix Aconiti in tablets were identified by TLC,Oleanolic in tablet were deteminated by HPLC.Results The TLC spots developed were fairly clean and the blank test showed no interference,The linear relationship was good when oleanolic acid was at the range of 0.248～2.48 μg（r =1.0）.Oleanolic acid showed re-covery was 97.17% and RSD was 2.37%（n=5）.Conclusion The method developed is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and the method can be used for quality coutrol of the Lingxiandieda tablets.
