摘  要:在总结分析现有无轴承永磁同步电动机悬浮力研究基础上,针对转子受力的实际情况展开悬浮力的理论分析和数学建模研究。将转子磁场的影响计入悬浮力分析中,从而建立精确解耦的悬浮力数学模型,并利用工程电磁场有限元计算软件对一台表贴式无轴承永磁同步电动机的受力情况进行分析计算,验证了该数学模型的准确性和可靠性。Based on the research of magnetic levitation force for the existing bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor, aiming at practical rotor force, this paper made theoretical analysis and mathematical model research on the levitation force. When analyzing the levitation force, the effect of the rotor magnetic field was in consideration mathematical consid- ered in order to build an accurate model decoupling the levitation force. A finite element calculating software for engineering electromagnetic field was used to analyse the force of the surface mounted bearingless permanent magnet synchronous motor so as to prove this model was accurate and reliable.
