延安经济跨越式发展的路径选择

摘　　要：延安在经济发展中存在产业结构、综合经济实力、发展不平衡、制度、知识等方面的后发劣势,拥有物质资源、资本、技术模仿、制度模仿、文化等方面的后发优势。延安要实现经济的跨跃式发展,应该选择将后发劣势转变为后发优势、将后发优势转变为现实优势的策略,并采取优化产业结构、加强制度建设、加大教育投入等措施。Yan＇an possess many disadvantages as late starters in the economic development, such as the industrial structure, the synthesis economic potentiality, the imbalance of the economic development, institution, knowledge, etc. , and many advantages as late starters, such as material resources, capital, technology imitation, institution imitation, culture and the like. Yan＇an should take two tactics transforming disadvantages as late starters into advantages as late starters, and transforming advantages as late starters into actuality advantages, and take some measures, such as optimizing industrial structure, building institution, increasing education input and so on, to realize development by leaps and bounds.
