摘　　要：介绍了教学过程管理软件的设计过程。该软件利用Office套件,借助VBA技术,依据学校基础信息数据库,自动生成统一格式的教学概要表、成绩统计分析表等教学过程管理文档。该软件保证了教学过程管理数据的准确性、文档的规范性,对提高工作效率,减轻教师整理教学文档的工作量等具有积极的意义。The paper discusses the design process of teaching process management software. The software automatically forms teaching process management documents, such as a summary of the teaching table with unified format, a statistical analysis of the results table, etc, by using Office, with the help of VBA techniques, and on the basis of the fundamental information database of school. The software ensures the accuracy of teaching process management statistics, the normality of the documents. It＇s positive significance for improving work efficiency and reducing the teachers＇ workload of finishing teaching documents.
