摘　　要：网络的发展对社会关系的重新调整和社会行为的变化产生了广泛影响。与此同时,与网络相关联的犯罪案件和各类纠纷也日渐增多。其中如何对网络主体虚拟人格的名誉权进行保护,成了法律界的热点问题。从对虚拟人格名誉权的现状出发,分析我国对此问题的立法现状及对其进行保护的必要性,并提出对其进行保护的制度架构。The development of the internet has had a broad impact on re-adjustment of social relations and changes in social behavior. Meanwhile the behavior that people attack and distort other＇s good reputation through internet is increasing. How to protect the cyber citizen＇s reputation has become a hot issue of the legal profession. This paper begins with the current situation of the cyber citizen＇s reputation analysis of the legislation on the issue and the necessity of protection, and sets up the structure of the protection system.
