单硝酸酯异山梨酯联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察联合使用单硝酸异山梨酯和苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)患者的疗效。方法:将60例ISH患者被随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平5-10mg/d,治疗组在给予苯磺酸氨氯地平5-10mg/d的基础上加用单硝酸酯异山梨酯40mg/d,连用8周。结果:两组病人的收缩压均显著下降,对照组的舒张压也明显下降,而治疗组舒张压稍下降,治疗组对脉压改善明显优于对照组。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平联合单硝酸酯异山梨酯能降低患者的SBP,而对影响DBP不大,使PP减小,对ISH患者有较好的降压治疗作用。Objective：To observe the medical effect of hypertension with combined treatment of mononitrate and amlodipine.Methotis：60 patients with ISH were randomly divided into comparison group and therapy group.comparison group were treated with amlodipine 5--- 10mg/d, therapy group were treated with amlodipine and isosorbide monoitrate tablet 20--40mg/d for 8 weeks. Results：After treatment, in two groups SBP was significantly reduced（ P 〈 0.05）, comparison group DBP was reduced significantly, but therapy group DBP was reduced slighfly,PP in therapy group was improved significanfly.Conclusions：It can debase SBP and has less effect on DBP and can decrease PP,so it is an effective medical treatrment for isolated systolic hypertension.
