摘　　要：在石油化工生产装置的建设过程中,为了保证仪表安装工程的质量,要求仪表专业监理工程师在仪表安装施工的不同阶段,做好事前、事中和事后三个阶段的动态监督和控制。这是现场质量管理的关键所在。In the construction of petrochemical production instrument, in order to guarantee the quality of the installa- tion, professional supervision engineer is required to do a three-stage dynamic monitoring and control at different stages of construction. This is the key point of quality management.
