摘　　要：介绍耐热１０５℃ＰＶＣ电线电缆绝缘料的配方和性能。通过对基础树脂、填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、抗氧剂等的筛选和用量试验表明，选用齐鲁公司生产的ＰＶＣＳ－１３００为基础树脂，以煅烧陶土（３００目）为填料，偏苯三酸三辛酯（ＴＯＴＭ）作增塑剂，邻苯二甲酸铅类或三盐基硫酸铅和二盐基亚磷酸铅复配物作稳定剂，ＰｂＳｔ和ＢａＳｔ复配物作润滑剂，双酚Ａ作抗氧剂，所制电缆料的性能远超过国标要求的耐热１０５℃ＰＶＣ电缆料的标准，尤其是抗氧剂双酚Ａ的加入，使电缆料的热老化性能达到国标的要求。具体配方为：ＰＶＣＳ－１３００１００质量份（下同），锻烧陶土１０份，ＴＯＴＭ５０份，三盐基硫酸铅４份，二盐基亚磷酸铅３份，ＰｂＳｔ１份，ＢａＳｔ０．５份，双酚Ａ０．５份。The　property　and　formula　of　PVC　compound　for　cable　insulating　material　with　heat　resistance　of　105℃　are　described　in　this　paper.The　results　of　the　tests　on　base　resin,filler,plasticizer,stabilizer,lubricant,antioxidaant　and　content　showed　when　PVC　S1300　produced　by　Qilu　Co　was　used　as　base　resin,burnt　pottery　clay　(300mesh)　as　filler,TOTM　as　plasticizer,phthalic　lead　or　the　compound　of　tribasic　lead　sulfate　with　bibasic　lead　phosphite　as　stabilizer,compound　of　Pbst　with　Bast　as　lubricant,bisphenol　A　as　antioxidant,the　properties　of　the　prepared　PVC　compound　were　much　better　than　those　required　by　national　standard　for　PVC　compound　for　cable　insulating　material　with　heat　resistance　of　105℃.The　application　of　bisphenol　A　to　the　compound　made　the　thermal　ageing　properties　come　up　to　the　level　required　by　national　standard.The　formula　was　as　follows:PVC　S1300　100　parts(by　mass,the　same　below),burnt　pottery　clay　10　patrs,TOTM　50　parts,tribasic　lead　sulfate　4　parts,bibasic　lead　phosphite　3　parts,Pbst　1　part,Bast　0.5　part　and　bisphenol　A　0.5　part.
