摘　　要：在当前建设社会主义新农村的形势下,尽快实现由传统农业向现代市场化农业的转变是当务之急。实现农业市场化能够提高我国农业的核心竞争力,改善农民收入状况,在解决"三农"问题中占有举足轻重的地位。该文论述了我国在实现市场化农业进程中生产要素流动现状及其影响因素,并探讨了促进农业生产要素流通的途径。It is the first priority to accomplish conversion from traditional agriculture to modern market-- oriented agriculture in the process of a new socialist countryside construction as soon as possible. To achieve market--oriented agriculture can improve China＇s agricultural core competitiveness, increase farmers income and contribute significantly to address ＂Three Rural Issues＂. The paper discusses the current situation and its influencing factors of production factor flow in the process of the implementation of China＇s market--oriented agriculture, and then explores the means for the promotion agricultural production factors circulation.
