摘　　要：该文针对我国农业科技成果的转化率及贡献率低的情况,提出了以政府为主导的农业科技成果推广模式,以农业科研单位和高等院校为核心的联合型转化模式及企业自主应用研发模式3种转化途径,并进行了剖析。To resolve the low conversion rate and the contribution rate of China＇s agricultural scientific and technology （S＆T）1, the paper put forward and analyze three kinds of R＆D conversion model, including government--driven model for promotion S＆T achievements, the United--type transformation model of agricultural research institutes and college as the core, and enterprise autonomy application.
