摘　　要：从新制度经济的观点考虑,结合合作社的发展,考察组织与制度的起源,考察合作社的起源,对现今公司制进行反思,对于社会主义所有制经营形式进行探讨,基于我国的国情可大力发展公共所有制。对于既有的制度,如何创新发展,仅对制度崇拜,不使制度成为社会发展的滞碍,发展合作社是社会主义制度创新的需要。From the new institutional economics viewpoint combined with the cooperatives development, to explore the origin of organization and system and to study the origin of co--operatives and to reconsider the exist corporation system, and to discuss socialist ownership system, the paper conclude should develop the public ownership vigorously and it is the need of the socialist system of innovation to development of cooperatives. With regard to the existing system, how to development and innovation and avoid institutional fetishism and to make the system become barrier to social development.
