更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶眼部用药对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法选取患者36例,随机分为两组,治疗组18例给予0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼,对照组18例给予0.1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液滴眼,每日4次,观察记录初诊及治疗后1周、2周复诊时的症状、体征及变化情况。结果用药后治疗组、对照组的各症状和体征评分下降值均有显著的统计学意义(Wilcoxon检验,P<0.05);组间比较,症状和体征积分下降值差异有显著的统计学意义(F检验,P<0.05);总有效率治疗组为94.44%,对照组为3.33%。结论0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶较0.1%阿昔洛韦滴眼液具有更好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of 0. 15% Ganeiclovir Ophthalmic Gel in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 36 cases of herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into two groups, 18 cases were given 0. 15% Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel four times per day, the other 18 cases were given 0. 1% Acyclovir Eyedrop four times per day as control. The symptoms and signs were observed at the first visit to doctor, and the changes were recorded at 7 d, 14 d after treatment, respectively. Results After 7 d and 14 d treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in the test group were significantly reduced compared with the control group （IVileoxon rank sum test, P〈0. 5）. The declining values of the score of the symptoms which included ophthalmalgia, photophobia, lacrimation, foreign body sensation and the signs of corneal infiltration in the test group had significantly statistical difference （F test, P 〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of the ganciclovir group was 94.44%. Conclusion The 0.15% Ganeiclovir Ophthalmic Gel has better curative effect than 0.1% Acyclovir Eyedrop in the treatment of viral keratitis.
