摘　　要：While,talking about most influential bill in recent days,Obama's economic stimulus plans,with no doubt,led to heated discussion throughout the world for its containing controversial'Buy American'clause.Before Obama won the election,some observers analyzed Obama tends to be a trade protector.And the prediction really came true, especially with the background that free trade is in an extremely rough time,accompanied with the global economic recession.While, talking about most influential bill in recent days, Obama＇s economic stimulus plans, with no doubt, led to heated discussion throughout the world for its containing controversial ＂Buy American＂ clause.
