皮尔巴拉粉在首钢生产中的应用

摘　　要：对皮尔巴拉粉进行了烧结基础特性、烧结杯试验研究，结果表明烧结生产中使用20％皮尔巴拉粉对烧结指标无负面影响，但使用比例超过30％后，烧结指标明显恶化，需通过增加混合料水分加以改善。由于实验室研究结果可靠，使得皮尔巴拉粉在首钢烧结生产中应用比较顺利，对技术经济指标基本无影响。Through the test of sintering fundamental characteristics and sinter pot test of Pilbara Blend iron ore, the results show that 20% PBF has no negative effect on sinter production. However, as the percentage of PBF is more than 30%, the sintering indicators obviously become worse, which have to be improved by increase the moisture of sinter mix Because of the reliable laboratory and trial test results, the application of PBF in Shougang~ sinter plant is successful. And there is almost no influence on technical indicators.
