摘　　要：通过对南水北调洪泽站建筑方案设计介绍,探讨水利工程建筑环境设计创造的一些方法和原则,抓住水利工程自身工艺特点和特殊地理环境,结合特定历史文脉,创造新时代水利枢纽,强调南水北调沿线建筑环境设计要站在一定历史高度进行系统化设计,探讨水利工程设计结合后期管理及旅游开发的新思路。By the introduction of Hongze pumping station architectural composition design of the project of South-North Water Transfer, the paper makes a study on some means and principle of environmental design of water conservancy construction. The new-age water conservancy projects should be constructed based on the special geographical environment of the water conservancy project and in combination with the special history context. The architecture environmental design along the line of South-North Water Transfer Project should be systematically designed.
