摘　　要：南水北调中线北京段PCCP管道工程是国内首次大规模使用4m直径PCCP的项目,进度控制面临很大的挑战。通过建立进度管理体系、分级制定切实可行的进度计划、实施有效的过程跟踪、抓住关键线路和关键工作、及时分析进度并进行调整、及时研究解决各项重大技术问题等措施,保证了工程顺利完成。PCCP Pipeline Project in Beijing of the Middle Route Project of South to-North Water Diversion is the first large-scale use of 4m diameter PCCP project, progress control faces great challenges. We adopted the following measures to ensure the project successful completion such as to establish schedule management system grade and formulate practical progress schedule, to make effectively follow-up process, to seize the key lines of work, to analyze progress timely and to adjust accordingly, to study and solve major technical problems.
