摘  要:针对当前防灾公园规划实践的不足,该文集成GIS空间分析技术和多目标决策模型,从适宜性评价、服务域分析、避难网络构建方面探讨城市防灾公园规划建设的综合决策方法体系,同时选择上海市黄浦区开展实证研究,旨在为我国城市防灾公园规划建设提供系统的决策思路和技术方法。Disaster prevention park is a critical facility dealing with city earthquake and its secondary disasters,how to make plan and construction scientifically and reasonably has been intensively studied in the field of earthquake disaster prevention.In view of current plan practice insufficiency,the Synthetic Decision Method System(SDMS) for the plan and construction of urban disaster prevention park was built from suitability evaluation,service area analysis and refuge network construction,which integrated spatial analysis technology of Geographic Information System(GIS) and Multi-Criterion Decision-Making model.Huangpu district of Shanghai was selected as a case study by using SDMS.This paper is for the purpose of providing systematic decision-making mentality and the feasible method for the plan and construction of city disaster prevention park.
