摘　　要：我国矿产资源规划法律制度建设已经不能适应新的发展要求,新一轮的矿产资源规划颁布实施对矿产资源规划法律制度提出了要求,文章从我国矿产资源规划的法律地位切入,在法律制度建设如何保障我国矿产资源规划的编制、实施方面进行初步分析,提出了矿产资源规划法律制度建设和规划编制实施的建议。Legal system of mineral resource planning in China has already not met new demands of the development. The publishing and implementing of new mineral resource planning make the demands on legal system construction of mineral resource planning. From the angle of legal status of mineral resource planning the paper analizes how to guarantee drawing up and implementing mineral resource planning by legal system construction and puts forward some proposals.
